Everything about Isao Harimoto totally explained

Isao Harimoto (張本 勲, born June 19, 1940 in Hiroshima, Japan), real name is Jang Hun, is a former Nippon Professional Baseball player. He was born as a Zainichi Korean in Hiroshima, Japan and survived the release of a nuclear weapon over the city on August 6, 1945. During his career, he played for the Toei Flyers, the Yomiuri Giants, and the Lotte Orions. He had a distinguished career with his 1959 rookie of the year selection and his 1980 receipt of the South Korean Moko (Fierce Tiger) prize for excellence in sports. He holds the Japanese record for 3085 hits in his professional career and was inducted into the Japanese Baseball Hall of Fame in 1990. Currently, he's a baseball analyst, and outspoken member of the Japanese Hibakusha Movement, a project dedicated to outlawing global nuclear weaponry, and gaining compensation for victims of their use.
